    While medical science is keeping us healthier and living longer, the middle class is feeling the financial pinch, as well as the anxiety, that accompanies outliving their money. Clients will come to legal, financial and insurance professionals looking for solutions. How poor do you have to be in order to be eligible for MassHealth (Medicaid)?     Meet our speakers:

    Matthew P. Albanese is the founding attorney of Albanese Law, LLC in Milton and concentrates his practice in estate planning, elder law, mental health law and disability law.

    He serves as a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys as well as the Plymouth County Bar Association and Norfolk County Bar Association, and is affiliated with South Coastal Counties Legal Services and Brockton Area ARC. Mr. Albanese has written articles on estate planning and frequently holds seminars for civic and professional organizations. A former local official, Mr. Albanese chaired the Plymouth County Selectmen’s Association and was a member of the Regional Task Force on Casino Impacts. A staunch advocate for seniors, Mr. Albanese led the effort to expand the senior work off tax program for area residents and has testified before the state legislature and executive agencies on matters affecting the quality of life for the aging and disabled population. He also volunteers for the Council on Aging. Mr. Albanese was a member of the West Bridgewater Lions Club and West Bridgewater Public Schools Strategic Plan Committee.

    Prior to starting Albanese Law, LLC, Mr. Albanese worked as an Associate with the firm Colucci, Colucci Marcus & Flavin, P.C. located in Milton, Massachusetts. He also served as the Legal Counsel to the Massachusetts House of Representatives Committee on Medicaid.  Mr. Albanese has been featured on Money Matters Talk Radio 970AM and WXBR 1460 AM.  In 2009, he was named Citizen of the Year by the Rotary Club of the Bridgewaters.

    Mr. Albanese is a graduate of Providence College, Providence Rhode Island; Suffolk University Law School, Boston, Massachusetts; and Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management; Boston, Massachusetts where he obtained his M.B.A. with a concentration in international business.

    DARYL CAMERON EVERY, ESQ. is a sole practitioner in Milton, where she concentrates in trusts and estate planning, special needs and elder law, disability advocacy, and public benefits. Ms. Every acts both as trustee to family and special needs trusts, as well as trust counsel. She advises families, guardians, trustees, and non-profit organizations, who are committed to maximizing public benefits with private resources for individuals with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. Ms. Every is the Past President of the Norfolk Plymouth Estate Planning Council, and she is a member of the Boston Bar Association, Academy of Special Needs Planners, Massachusetts Chapter of National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and Women’s Bar Association. Further, she serves as the Dever Class Action Representative in the landmark Ricci v. Okin federal class action. Attorney Every is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She lives in Braintree with her husband and three children.

    Since 2005 Supervisory Special Agent (SSA) Morse has served as an instructor for the New England Field Division Clandestine Laboratory Enforcement Team instructing and presenting at the annual recertification training for certified Federal, State and Local Clandestine Laboratory Team members. Since 2005 SA Morse has also served as a primary Clandestine Laboratory and Methamphetamine Awareness Instructor for the DEA’S New England Field Division instructing and presenting to members of the following organizations, as well as countless local law enforcement and fire agencies across New England:

    SSA Morse has presented and taught at numerous High Schools across New England, on topics ranging from the dangers of drug use and abuse to basic law enforcement investigation techniques.

    SSA Morse is an instructor for the National Technical Investigators Association (NATIA), contributing to their Technical Installations in a High Voltage Environment training.

    SSA Morse has testified in numerous criminal proceedings at the District Court, Superior Court and US District Court level. SSA Morse has testified in regards to his own investigations, as well as being called as an expert in Drug Use, Methamphetamine Manufacturing and Law Enforcement Technical Operations.
