Gregory R. Rush, Partner. Greg Rush is a co-founder of Dunn Rush & Co., and is responsible for business development, transaction execution and firm operations. Mr. Rush has deep experience with various types of transactions across a range of industries, including consumer, industrial, Previously, Mr. Rush also was the Chief Operating Officer of Community Newspaper Company, a cluster of more than 100 newspapers and specialty publications in the Boston region that was owned by his family’s business, Herald Media, Inc. Community Newspaper Company was acquired by newly-formed GateHouse Media, Inc., where he continued to serve as Chief Operating Officer of GateHouse Media New England through a period of rapid growth that included numerous acquisitions and the Company’s Initial Public Offering. While at Community Newspaper Company and GateHouse, Mr. Rush was responsible for driving revenue, controlling costs, and identifying and implementing growth strategies such as acquisitions and new product launches. Mr. Rush currently and has previously served on a number of non-profit and industry association boards. Mr. Rush received a B.A. in economics from Dartmouth College and is a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7, 63, 79, 99) and a Series 24 Registered Securities Principal. | Rudi Scheiber-Kurtz, MBA, is a serial entrepreneur and innovative thinker. Over the course of her career, she founded three companies, including Next Stage Solutions, Inc., a finance consulting firm specializing in finance leadership. Rudi is a thought leader and frequent speaker on topics of growth, optimization and scalability. She created the acclaimed RudiTuesday webisode series which addresses typical challenges for midmarket CEOs and is the mastermind behind the Live CEO Case Studies program. Rudi is the author of “Stop Compromising: The CEOs Guide to Building Value through Smarter Finance” a masterful outline of forward-thinking, strategic finance as a value creation tool and providing the reader with operationally-driven modules and vital hands-on tools. Active on various boards, Rudi offers her expertise on boards of private companies. She formed an Advisory Board for the Simmons Entrepreneurship Program of venture capitalists and business leaders. She is a longstanding member of the Business Advisory Council at Simmons School of Management. Rudi is currently president of XPX New England, an organization for professional advisors and business owners and a member of the Finance Committee of First Parish in Concord, MA. She holds a BS from Lesley University and an MBA from the Simmons School of Management. Rudi was raised in Switzerland and holds a dual citizenship.
